Payment scheme
Standard plan:
– 1,500 – 2,000 euro deposit for reservation (valid for 30 days), followed by the signing of the contract with the investor;
– 1st installment: 50% of the cost of the apartment within 30 days from the date of payment of the deposit and signing of the contract.
– 2nd installment: the remaining 50% of the price of the apartment can be paid in installments up to 1 year without increase in price.
The buyer receives ownership of the real estate in the form of a Notarial Act after full payment of the price, and can use the apartment after paying 50% of the price.
